How long does it take to set up?
Most sole traders are live within 45 minutes. The onboarding wizard walks you through connecting your existing tools (email, calendar, accounting software) step by step. There's no technical setup required — if you can use a smartphone, you can set up Command Centre.
Can I import my existing contacts and data?
Yes — Command Centre accepts CSV imports from all major platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and spreadsheets. Our migration guide covers every major tool. If you're migrating from something unusual, just contact us and we'll help manually.
Is my data secure and backed up?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. We run daily automated backups with 30-day retention. Our infrastructure is hosted on UK/EU servers, fully GDPR-compliant. You own your data — export it at any time in full.
What if I outgrow the Pro plan?
Upgrade to Enterprise at any point — same dashboard, more power. Enterprise includes multi-user access, custom integrations, dedicated account management, and a white-label option for agencies and franchises. Contact us to discuss a tailored package.
